For example, if you want to send freelance writers a contributor agreement, modifying a standard contract template (rather than writing a new contract every time) guarantees you won’t leave out that crucial clause about possessing the content once you’ve paid for it.

How to Produce Fantastic Templates
Not all templates are created equal–and a few things don’t require a template. Here are a few tips to follow.
First, templates should be comprehensive. It’s simpler to delete info than add it in, so err on the side of including too rather than too small.

You can always delete notes that are less-important later on, but you might forget it at the last 25, when it is not from the template.
